Terra Dinamica is not a consulting company, although, we offer consulting
services. When Terra Dinamica is contracted, we work with you and your personnel to

technology needed, and than implement the plan. We do not leave you with

History
Terra Dinamica LLC is owned and operated by Frank J. Lucca. Terra
Dinamica opened its doors for business on July 1, 1998, and has had continued
success throughout the world. Terra Dinamica has offices in the USA, the
Caribbean, and South America.
Philosophy
Terra Dinamica philosophy is based on the fact that explosive engineering
is an art and a science. In other words, a person can know the science of
blasting and use all the latest technology, but if they do not have adequate
experience, the performance of blast design will be poor to okay. On the
other hand, a person who embraces solely the learning of blasting from a
hands-on approach and doesn’t use the science and engineering practices
developed in blasting can only rise to a certain level.

blasting diamond simplifies our approach to each and every blast. If one
side of the diamond is not functioning properly, the blast will have flaws and
