Terra Dinamica LLC is
a fully insured international explosives engineering, technical services, and
contract drilling and blasting firm. We utilize our worldwide experience in many
different applications with the latest in cutting edge technology.
All
of our programs are developed from a hands-on perspective with the combination
of the science and engineering of blasting. We help you develop the best
overall program for each and every blast.
We
offer a wide range of services from the most basic consulting to Blast Program
Management, and Contract Drilling and Blasting. In our programs, we have been extremely
successful in not only solving our customers technical problems, but also in
dropping the overall cost of mining and construction.
Terra
Dinamica is not a consulting company, although, we offer consulting services.
When
Terra Dinamica is contracted, we work with you and your personnel to
develop the best possible solution to your problem, provide the expertise and
technology needed, and than implement the plan. We do not leave you with
a report of what should be done. We do it!
History
Terra
Dinamica LLC is owned and operated by Frank J. Lucca. Terra Dinamica
opened its doors for business on July 1, 1998, and has had continued success
throughout the world. Terra Dinamica has offices in the USA, the
Caribbean,
and South America.
Philosophy
Terra
Dinamica philosophy is based on the fact that explosive engineering is an art
and a science. In other words, a person can know the science of blasting
and use all the latest technology, but if they do not have adequate
experience, the performance of blast design will be poor to okay. On the
other hand, a person who embraces solely the learning of blasting from a
hands-on approach and doesn’t use the science and engineering practices
developed in blasting can only rise to a certain level.
We
at Terra Dinamica approach everything from a hands-on perspective but utilize
the latest techniques and technology to solve your problems and optimize your
program.
The
Terra Dinamica blasting diamond simplifies our approach to each and every
blast. If one side of the diamond is not functioning properly, the blast
will have flaws and create problems ranging from complaints to highwall
problems and high costs.

Dinamica Blast Program Management Services incorporate all of our services into
1 package.
This
service normally pays for itself by lowering the overall cost/ton or cost/yd³
of an operation and solving your problems.
We
evaluate the total program in each location and than determine what are the
major controlling factors or areas of concern. We than utilize technology
and experience to change the variables over time to optimize each and every
blast to the fullest. We get involved in every level and work with you and
your blasting services contractor if one is being used. By doing this, you

training and technology purchases.
